ChainForge is a Tournament Manager for KeyForge
Quick Start
- Enter the names of your players. For an odd number of players, a Bye is created automatically.
You can assign players to different groups, for the first round pairings the app tries to avoid matchups within the same group.
- The "Ranking" tab shows the player list. Optionally "Shuffle" or manually reorder players using "Edit".
Pairings for the first round match players 1+2, 3+4 etc from the player list.
In later rounds, pairings are randomly selected within groups of players with the same number of tournament points.
- Tap "Start Tournament" and after entering all game results tap "Add Round".
- You can add latecomers anytime by adding their data and then tapping on "Change" / "Latecomers".
- Manual pairings are possible to correct mistakes. Tap on "Manual Pairings" and order the players as needed for the next round. Note that no players may be paired that have already played each other.
- Before starting the first round, you can manually enter Byes for individual players. Tap the (I) icon on a player to display a popup menu. This can also be used later when players forfeit the tournament or are disqualified.
The ranking list always displays the current ranking, even during incomplete rounds.
